The Board will be holding numerous Town Hall meetings between now and the March Annual Meeting to maximize homeowner awareness of the proposed budget. The current schedule of meetings is as follows:

Saturday, January 4, 2020 at MPOA Office at 10 a.m.

Saturday, February 1, 2020 at MPOA Office at 10 a.m.

Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at the MPOA Office at 7:00 p.m.

The proposed FY21 Budget was discussed at length during the November 11, 2019 Board of Directors meeting and the annual assessment of $800 is fully supported by the current Board. All residents are encouraged to vote in favor of this change.

Copies of the draft Budget and an associated Briefing to be used at the noted Town Hall meetings can be found on FSR Connect https://montclairva.connectresident.com/ under “Association Documents” > “Financial Management.”
