Reminder: No Pets at the Beaches
This is a reminder to all Montclair Residents. NO PETS are allowed, at any time, on any of the 3 beach areas from the weekend preceding Memorial Day through the weekend following Labor Day. Signs are posted at locations where pets are not allowed so please look for and adhere to the posted instructions. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Please Don’t Leave Your Dog’s Mess Behind
The MPOA office has been receiving complaints of residents not picking up after their pets. There have been reports of residents leaving behind fecal matter on personal and common area property. Please be considerate of your neighbors by picking up after your pets during your daily walks.
Statement of Interest
The Board of Directors wishes to announce a vacant At-Large seat with a term expiration of March 2022. Any homeowner in good standing who owns a unit/lot in Montclair is eligible to submit a “Statement of Interest Form” for consideration. Forms must be received at the MPOA office by 5:00 pm on Thursday, July 16, 2020.

Events
Movie Night – Toy Story 4 Summer Movie Night will be held at Dolphin Beach on Saturday, July 18, 2020, beginning at sunset. Please bring your own lawn chairs, snacks, and drinks.
Alcoholic beverages, portable grills, and glass containers are prohibited.
For the safety of all attendees social distancing measures (6 feet apart) must be observed during the entire event, except by members of the same household. All residents must present a 2020 Recreation photo ID to enter the Summer Movie Night event. The beach will close at the end of the movie.
Teen Beach Parties Attention all Montclair Teens! Come and join your Montclair friends at Dolphin Beach for fun in the sun. Enjoy music and dancing with DJ Q and swimming in the lake. There will be food, and drinks for all attendees. Please use the SignUpGenius links below to sign up. There are 50 spaces available for each party.
