Your Goal

Build a boat entirely out of cardboard that can be raced 500 feet across Lake Montclair. Launching from West Beach, teams will row their boats to a buoy and back to shore.

Your Design

The boat design should be original and creative. Think outside the box and come up with unique shapes and features.

Your Team

There is no limit to the number of rowers allowed in each boat. One crew member should be named captain and must attend a mandatory captain’s meeting on July 19th at 6 PM.

Your Responsibility

Teams must remove their boat and any leftover cardboard debris from the water and dispose of it in the designated trash area.
