Holiday Home Decor Nominating Form

Pull out your lights, wreaths, reindeer and whatever else brings you holiday cheer. It’s time to get your home ready for the holiday season and show all your neighbors that YOU have the most holiday cheer in Montclair! Nominate a Montclair home using this form!

Dazzle us with bold, sparkling displays that shine with glamour and holiday cheer.

Holiday Traditions

Celebrate the heart of the season with decorations inspired by cherished holiday customs and memories.

Judging criteria will include:

1. unique design

2. creative use of materials, and

3. overall presentation.

RULES:

Contestants must be Montclair Property Owners Association homes. Only residents of the Montclair community may submit nominations. Entries must be received no later than noon on Wednesday, December 11.

Judging will be based on “curb appeal” as viewed from the street or public sidewalk.

Photos that accompany a nomination may be considered during the judging process. They may also appear in further communications from the MPOA. Photos are not necessary to nominate, however, additional photos will be taken by MPOA staff or Events Committee members.

Winners will be notified by yard sign after Friday, December 13.

Photos of winning displays may be featured on the MPOA community website, Montclairion magazine, and resident e-Blast. A link to the feature page on our community website will be shared to MPOA social media pages.

Winners will receive a yard sign acknowledging their accomplishment.

Homes are not eligible to win two years in a row.
