Celebrate the beauty of the season with warm, welcoming fall décor featuring autumn colors, pumpkins, leaves, harvest accents, and seasonal charm.

Family Friendly

Create a cheerful, welcoming display that the whole family can enjoy. Think fun, wholesome, and playful fall decorations that bring a smile to neighbors of all ages.

Most Creative

Think outside the pumpkin! Show off your imagination with an original, unexpected, or uniquely designed fall display that stands out from the crowd.

Scariest

Bring the chills and thrills with a haunting display full of spooky details, eerie lighting, creepy creatures, and Halloween-inspired frights.

Yardless Horseman

This category is ideal for homes with limited front yard space or porch-only displays that do not extend into yards.

Judging criteria will include:

1. unique design

2. creative use of materials, and

3. overall presentation.

RULES:

Contestants must be Montclair Property Owners Association homes. Only residents of the Montclair community may submit nominations. Entries must be received no later than 4pm on Friday, October 16.

Judging will be based on “curb appeal” as viewed from the street or public sidewalk.

Photos that accompany a nomination may be considered during the judging process. They may also appear in further communications from the MPOA. Photos are not necessary to nominate, however, additional photos will be taken by MPOA staff or Events Committee members.

Winners will be notified by yard sign after Saturday, October 24.

Photos of winning displays may be featured on the MPOA community website, Montclairion magazine, and resident e-Blast. A link to the feature page on our community website will be shared to MPOA social media pages.

Winners will receive a yard sign acknowledging their accomplishment.
