Judging criteria will include:
unique design
creative use of materials, and
overall presentation.
RULES:
Contestants must be Montclair Property Owners Association homes. Only residents of the Montclair community may submit nominations. Entries must be received no later than 5pm on Sunday, October 19.
Judging will be based on “curb appeal” as viewed from the street or public sidewalk.
Photos that accompany a nomination may be considered during the judging process. They may also appear in further communications from the MPOA. Photos are not necessary to nominate, however, additional photos will be taken by MPOA staff or Events Committee members.
Winners will be notified by yard sign after Friday, October 24.
Photos of winning displays may be featured on the MPOA community website, Montclairion magazine, and resident e-Blast. A link to the feature page on our community website will be shared to MPOA social media pages.
Winners will receive a yard sign acknowledging their accomplishment.
