RECORDS & INFORMATION MANAGEMENT AD HOC
The RIMS task will conclude when Association records have been organized and archived in accordance with regulatory requirements. The RIM Team will establish a naming convention, referred to as the “indexing guide” for documents, forms, and other Association Records. The RIM Team will also apply record retention requirements to the indexing guide.
