To place a bid, please complete the Boat Auction Bid Form located at the bottom of this page or download the form here.

Downloaded forms may be submitted to the office in the following ways:

• Email: info@montclairva.com

• In-person at the MPOA office or left in the dropbox after hours

Boats up for auction are located in the far end of the parking lot at West Beach. They are numbered with red tape on each boat. 

Rules:

• Bids will not be accepted until 8:30 AM on April 6th.

• Only bids from members in good standing will be accepted as valid.

• Residents may only bid on ONE boat.

• Proof of Residency (lease or current utility bill required for renters).

• All bids must be submitted by FRIDAY, APRIL 20th at 5:00 PM​.

• Payment for winning bids must be made out to MPOA by card, check, or money order.

• Boat pickup times for the winners are as follows:

  • Monday and Wednesday​

    • 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM​

  • Tuesday and Thursday

    • 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM​
