Independence Day Celebration

Come celebrate the stars and stripes at our Independence Day Celebration! On Monday, July 4 we’ll be hosting a variety of fun events for the whole family to enjoy. At 10 a.m., bring your decorated bike to the Henderson Elementary parking lot and parade down the Waterway Drive sidewalk to the MPOA office. Please note that due to construction at Henderson Elementary, parking may be limited. At 6 p.m., head down to Dolphin Beach for music, food, and fireworks. Food vendors will be serving up delicious eats, and Mutual Fun Band will be providing the tunes. Fireworks are scheduled to begin at 9 p.m., however they may be launched early in cases of inclement weather. Get there early so you don’t miss the show!

Recreation Photo IDs are required for this and all community events. Limit 2 guests per unrestricted ID. Alcohol and personal fireworks are not permitted.
