Online and Direct Debit Billing Reminders!

First Service Residential will be changing its online billing system from PayLease to ClickPay beginning March 20, 2017. All owners wishing to continue to make payments online must activate their ClickPay accounts on or after the March 20, 2017. Through this new platform, owners can manage and pay their assessments online through individual or automatic payments made by e-check (ACH) now for FREE or by credit card for a nominal fee of 2.95%.

The Direct-Debit program will also be switched over to ClickPay beginning March 20, 2017.

This change will not disrupt payments set up by owners through the original Direct-Debit program and no action will be required. Payments will continue to withdraw automatically. Owners wishing to edit their existing setup can do so by contacting ClickPay and referencing their unique owner account number.
