Recreation Photo ID Procedures

Don’t forget, if you have not already make sure to stop by the MPOA office to pick up your 2018 Recreation Photo ID (RPID) stickers. Come to the office Mondays-Fridays from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. or on Wednesday from 8:30 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. to get yours. Remember, there are new procedures in place for RPIDs and RPID stickers. If you are a tenant or if you have tenants, make sure that you review of the following before obtaining your updated passes.

Changes to Article 4, section 4.1.2 Recreation Photo IDs state that, “Non-resident Property Owners are only authorized to receive RPIDs for one household. They may only obtain RPIDs for their Non-resident household or their renters, but not both.”

These changes went in to effect April 1. Please call the MPOA office at (703) 670-6187 with any questions or concerns regarding this policy.
