Dolphin Beach Construction Hazards

Please be aware several truckloads of sand are being delivered to Dolphin Beach tomorrow morning. Throughout the next few days, weather permitting, MPOA maintenance staff will be on-site to spread the sand on the beach in preparation of the swim season opening Memorial Day weekend. MPOA maintenance staff will also be adding stone and wood chips around the new pavilion and deck. The electrical and lighting project is expected to begin as soon as next week and may take as many as three weeks to complete. Residents are advised to keep away from work sites during this time. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we continue to improve Dolphin Beach after completing the Spillway Project.
