Board of Directors Special Meeting – Tuesday, July 23, 2019 @ 7:00pm at the MPOA office.

The Board of Directors will conduct a Special Meeting in Closed Session (Executive) to discuss personnel matters with First Service Residential.

Dolphin Beach There is a leak in an underground water line that required staff to shut off water to Dolphin Beach. Management is working to repair the leak and restore water to the bathrooms and yard hydrants. Portable toilets have been put in place until the issue is resolved. Your patience and understanding are appreciated.

Tree Damage Montclair suffered severe weather yesterday that caused multiple trees to fall. MPOA maintenance staff is working to remove tree debris. Please contact Phillip Webber, MPOA Operations Manager by email at Operations@montclairva.com with questions or concerns regarding the cleanup efforts.
