Popcorn will be provided. Chix N Stix food truck will be at Dolphin Beach from 6 – 8 p.m. selling wings, tenders and hot dogs. Check out http://chixnstixdc.com/menu/ for more information. Please bring cash and/or bank cards. Personal grills are not allowed. GLASS BOTTLES ARE PROHIBITED. Coolers will be checked before entry.
The beach will be closed promptly at the end of the movie. All residents must present a 2019 Recreation Photo ID to enter events. Limit 2 guests per ID on event days. Community events are for residents.
Sewer Line Repair at MPOA Office
On Monday, July 29, 2019, Interstate Enterprises, Inc. will begin replacing the main sewer line at the MPOA office. If no unforeseen circumstances occur, the work should be completed by Thursday, August 1, 2019. Vehicle access to the MPOA parking lot could be restricted at times since the sewer repair will require digging through a portion of the driveway. We apologize for any inconveniences this may cause and thank you for your patience.

The Montclair Country Club has brought it to our attention that residents are using the golf course and Country Club pathways while walking dogs, riding bikes, and walking. The Montclair Country Club is private property and should not be used by Montclair residents who are not members of the Country Club. In addition, fungicides and insecticides used on the grass could be harmful to children or pets and there’s always a chance of being hit by a stray golf ball. Thank you for your cooperation.
