Beer on the Beach

7:00 pm - 9:00 pm Dolphin Beach NO RAIN DATE
BYOB, relax, and enjoy some live music on the beloved Dolphin Beach.
Recommended for ages 21 and up. Food Trucks will be present at 6 pm. Bring cash or credit card. Personal grills are not allowed. GLASS BOTTLES ARE PROHIBITED. Coolers will be checked before entry. The beach will be closed promptly at 9 pm. All residents must present a 2019 Recreation Photo ID to enter events. Limit 2 guests per ID on event days. Community events are for residents.
Summer Movie Night
Saturday, August 17: Spider Man - Into the Spider Verse

Communications Committee Meeting – Special Meeting
The Communications Committee will be meeting on Tuesday, August 20, 2019 at 7 pm at the MPOA office.
Covenants Committee Requesting Community Input on Shed Guidelines
The Covenants Committee will discuss an update to the Community Guidelines for sheds and outdoor storage containers at their meeting on Thursday, August 22, 2019. The meeting will begin at 7 pm with the shed and storage container discussion starting at approximately 7:30 pm. Please join us and provide comments, ask questions, or offer suggestions to the proposed guideline update.
Events Committee Meeting – Date Change
The Events Committee meeting has been changed to Thursday, September 5, 2019 at 7 pm at the MPOA office.

Volunteers
Volunteers are needed! This event can't happen without you, so please sign up to volunteer at: https://sugeni.us/cVDE. Unfilled spots may result in the cancellation of games and activities or the early closure of food stands. Volunteers will receive swag bags including: an Oktoberfest t-shirt (if signed up before Wednesday, September 4, 2019 by 5 pm), meal voucher, and waters. There may be other goodies, but you’ve got to sign up to find out!
Volunteers, if you have questions on the day of the event, please find an Events Committee Volunteer in a green shirt and they will be happy to assist.
