Boat Registration and Annual Dock Permits

Starting October 1, 2019, the MPOA Office will be accepting Boat Registration and Annual Dock Permit forms for the October 2019 to September 2020 season. The forms are available at the MPOA Office or on our website at www.montclairva.com by clicking “For Residents” then “Documents & Forms” or click here. Both forms must be submitted to the MPOA Office no later than October 31, 2019.

Fall Community Yard Sale

Saturday and Sunday, October 5 -6, 2019

Host a street-wide sale or get together with a group to hunt for new-to-you treasures found right in your neighborhood. Get the kids involved and encourage your neighbors to participate - the more, the merrier!

**Yard sale signs are allowed from October 2 until October 6.

Halloween Home-Decorating Contest

Bring on the decorations! The spookier, the better! The Events Committee will be trolling the neighborhood on Friday, October 25, 2019, looking for the most festive Halloween house in Montclair. Have your lights on by 7 p.m. to be part of the contest. Four homes will be selected, one from each of the following categories: Spookiest, Fall Festive, Most Creative, and Family Friendly. Winners will be announced at the Trunk or Treat.

MPOA Office

Calling all boos and ghouls! Start brewing ideas for your spooktacular car display and conjure up your costume for Montclair’s Trunk or Treat. Stop inside the MPOA building to snack on popcorn and cider, and watch a spooky movie as you munch. Vehicle sign-up is coming soon via email blast and on the website. MPOA will provide the candy, you bring the fun!

Community events are for residents. All residents must present a 2019 Recreation Photo ID to enter events. Limit 2 guests per ID on event days.
