FY22 Budget – Approved The FY22 Budget was approved by a majority vote at the Annual Meeting held on March 20, 2021. The annual assessment is $696.00, or 12 monthly payments of $58.00 (plus $2.00 service fee), from May 1st through April 30th. Please see the Annual Assessments and Approved Budget letter, which will be mailed to all Members, in the “attachments” section at the end of this announcement.

Montclair Farmer’s Market - 4/24 @ 8:30am – 1:30p.m. In the spirit of Earth Day, we hope our residents will come outdoors to enjoy fresh air and walk, peddle or even paddle to our Earth Day Farmer’s Market at Dolphin Beach. Vendors will offer locally sourced foods and goods for sale at our very own community open-air market!


Fishing Tournament – 5/8 @ 7:00a.m. Join us for the Annual Montclair Fishing Tournament as we invite you to grab your rod & reel and put your skills to the test. Capital Area Food Bank - Donations Since the start of the pandemic, there has been a 50% increase in food insecurity in the Washington Metro Area, with a 60% increase among children. As a result, the Capital Area Food Bank is now serving an additional 200,000 community members who are food compromised. If you would like to donate items from the “Most Wanted List”; Canned or Dry Beans, Canned Vegetable – Low sodium, no salt added, Peanut Butter, Grains – brown & white rice, pasta, macaroni & cheese; Hot & Cold Cereal – oatmeal, cheerios, corn flakes, raisin bran; Canned Tuna, Salmon or Chicken; Healthy Snacks – raisins, granola bars; Canned Fruits – in light syrup or its own juices; 100% Juice – all sizes, including juice boxes. Your generosity can transform lives. A donation collection box will be located in the MPOA building lobby during the month of April.

PWC Dumpster Days Dumpster Days are facilitated by PWC Department of Public Works Neighborhood Services & Solid Waste Divisions. The events are open for use by all County citizens. You can utilize this free opportunity to remove clutter and debris from your yards or other areas around their home.

COVID-19 – Vaccine Registration Information Prince William Health District Expands to Include COVID Vaccine Call Center On Thursday, January 14, the Prince William Health District in conjunction with Prince William County Government expanded the COVID-19 Call Center to include information on the vaccine. The call center will provide information to residents concerning COVID-19 vaccines and assist with those who do not have access to a computer, the internet, or email. The call center hours: Monday – Sunday, 9:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. 703-872-7759. To register for the waitlist, visit https://vaccinate.virginia.gov/. The health district serves Prince William County and the cities of Manassas and Manassas Park and can be reached via its Call Center at 703-872-7759, seven days a week, from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Text COVIDPWC to 888777 for COVID-19 alerts.

PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, VA – Free COVID-19 testing is available for anyone who lives or works in Prince William County, the City of Manassas, or the City of Manassas Park. Participants must provide their full name, telephone number, home or work address in Prince William County, the City of Manassas, or the City of Manassas Park to obtain COVID testing and receive the results. Here is a list of the upcoming testing sites and locations. All areas can accommodate drive-thru or walk-up testing. To ensure you receive a test, please arrive at the site as close as possible to the start time and ensure you are in line by the time posted below. Testing is only available until the allocated test kits are depleted at each site.
