Community Update – 5-24-21


MPOA Office Closure – 5/31 The MPOA office will be closed in observation of the holiday. We will resume regular office hours on Tuesday, June 1st at 8:30am.


Parking Lots During the Off Season (after Labor Day until Memorial Day weekend) beach parking lots will open at 7:30 a.m. and will lock at 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (except holidays) and will be locked through the entire weekend. Vehicles left in the parking lots after 3:30 p.m. may be retrieved the next business day at 7:30 a.m. During the Beach Season (Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend), beach parking lots will open daily at 7:00 a.m. and will be locked at 7:30 p.m. each evening. Vehicles parked at other times are subject to being towed, as permitted by state or local law and the Community Guidelines at the owner’s expense.

Recreation Ids - Update Recreation Guards have been on duty at MPOA recreation facilities as of 5/1/21 (weekends). 2019/2020 Recreation IDs will be accepted until 5/28/21. After payment of the 2021 annual or appropriate monthly (May) MPOA assessment, owners may obtain an annual sticker for the upcoming summer season. Montclair Triathlon – 6/13 The Montclair Triathlon Committee is excited to announce the return of the Montclair Triathlon! We've seen you biking and running through Montclair for the past year. The sidewalks and roads have been the busiest ever with families and friends enjoying the outdoors and moving their bodies! Monthly Service Fees If you have paid the annual assessments in full ($696.00), you may have noticed that the monthly amount of $60.00 was deducted from your account. Please note that Accounting Department will deduct the annual fees during the end of May/beginning of June and credit back the $2.00 service fee.

COVID Testing Information


PRINCE WILLIAM COUNTY, VA – Free COVID-19 testing is available for anyone who lives or works in Prince William County, the City of Manassas, or the City of Manassas Park. Participants must provide their full name, telephone number, and a home or work address in Prince William County, the City of Manassas, or the City of Manassas Park to obtain COVID testing and receive the results. Here is a list of the upcoming testing sites and locations. All sites can accommodate drive-thru or walk-up testing. To ensure you receive a test please arrive at the site as close as possible to the start time. Testing is only available until the allocated test kits are depleted at each site.
