Community Update – 5-28-21


MPOA Office Closure – 5/31 The MPOA office will be closed in observation of the holiday. We will resume regular office hours on Tuesday, June 1st at 8:30am.


Pre-Emergent Treatment – 6/1 Pre-Emergent is scheduled to be applied by TruGreen on all MPOA common area turf and the dam. Please refrain from walking on these areas for approximately 1-2 hours to allow adequate time for the treatment to dry. Please see the attached Chemical Safety Data Sheets in the “attachments” section at the end of this announcement.

Monthly Service Fees If you have paid the annual assessments in full ($696.00), you may have noticed that the monthly amount of $60.00 was deducted from your account. Please note that Accounting Department will deduct the annual fees during the end of May/beginning of June and credit back the $2.00 service fee.

Beer on the Beach – 6/4 @ 7:00 p.m. Recommended for ages 21 and up. Please bring your own lawn chairs, snacks, and drinks. Personal grills and glass containers are prohibited. Coolers will be checked before entry. All residents must present a valid 2021 Recreation Photo ID to enter this event. Only 2 guests per ID. The beach will close at 9:00 pm and the parking lot gates will close at 9:15 pm. Vehicles left in the parking lot can be retrieved the following morning at 7:30 am when the gate re-opens.

Summer Movie Night – 6/5 @ Sunset The showing of ‘Raya and the last Dragon’ will be held at Dolphin Beach, beginning at sunset. Please bring your own lawn chairs, snacks, and drinks. Alcoholic beverages, portable grills, and glass containers are prohibited. All residents must present a 2021 Recreation photo ID. Only 2 guests per ID. The beach will and parking lot gate at the conclusion of the movie. Vehicles left in the parking lot can be retrieved the following morning at 7:30 am when the gate re-opens.

Montclair Triathlon – 6/13 The Montclair Triathlon Committee is excited to announce the return of the Montclair Triathlon! We've seen you biking and running through Montclair for the past year. The sidewalks and roads have been the busiest ever with families and friends enjoying the outdoors and moving their bodies!
