Community Update – 5-7-21

Treatment of Rec Guards & MPOA Staff In the past week the management staff, including Recreation Guards, have been subjected to verbal assaults by members of the community while performing their duties. Staff is responsible for implementing the policies of the board and any concerns should be brought to the General Manager (gm@montclairva.com) and the Board of Directors (mpoabod@montclairva.com). We understand that the stress of COVID-19 has increased for some people, however this type of behavior is inexcusable and will not be tolerated.
