On April 21, 2008, Brothers Paving and Concrete Corporation will start repairs of all MPOA-owned streets and common areas. Starting May 1, they will begin seal coating and striping of all MPOA-owned streets and common areas. During scheduled work, streets will be closed for 24 hours and cannot be driven or walked on. This means if you leave your car in your driveway during the seal coating, you will not be able to move it for 24 hours. It is suggested that residents park their cars on a nearby street not listed in the schedule below. Cars parked on the street must be moved by 7:00 a.m. on the scheduled day. Cars left on the street during scheduled work will be towed and relocated at the owner’s expense. If your car has been relocated, please contact the MPOA at 703/670-6187. You may also wish to schedule home deliveries, home repairs and other home visits around this schedule.

• Approved changes to the Community Guidelines 5.4.22 Mailboxes (changes to be included in the May Montclairion).
• Approved a Property Improvement Request for a Shed.
• Approved changes to the Community Guidelines 5.4.12 Fences for Single Family Homes (changes to be included in the May Montclairion).
