In the e-newsletter Management noted that the Neighbor to Neighbor articles can be submitted anonymously. This was written in error, the articles must include an author and address.  The author’s name will be printed with the article in the Montclairion. January 11, 2012 Board Briefs

The January Montclair Property Owner's Association Board of Directors meeting was held on the 11th, at 7:30 p.m. at the MPOA Office Building located at 3561 Waterway Drive. Business that was conducted is recorded below.  If you have questions or comments please contact the General Manager, Heather McDevitt, at gm@montclairva.com or call 703-670-6187.

Assessment Reminder: February 1, 2012

Next payment due Aug. 1!The next assessment is due on Wednesday, February 1. The FY2012 annual assessment is $510; however, owners may elect to pay 10 monthly installments of $53.00 ($51.00 plus a $2.00 service fee). Any assessment that is not paid within ten (10) days of the due date will incur a $45 late fee. The late fee will be applied to all payments received after 5 p.m. on Friday, February 10. Any payment placed in the MPOA drop box after 5 p.m. will not be marked as received until the next business day; therefore, if a homeowner drops off a payment in the drop box after 5 p.m. on the 10th of the month, it will not be marked as received until the 11th and will be considered late.

February Board of Directors Meeting
