Montclair Day - Volunteers Needed

Volunteers are needed for a variety of tasks at Montclair Day on Saturday, June 2. Your service comes with a free t-shirt as well as food and ride tickets. Volunteer areas during the event include: setup, Adult Beach Party ticket sales, volunteer sign-in, ticket sales, grill monitor, french fry stand, game booth monitors, food servers, soda/water, popcorn, candy, sno-kones, and cotton candy. To volunteer at the french fry stand or as a grill monitor, you must be 18 or older. Please submit the Montclair Day Volunteer Form, found below, to the MPOA Office as soon as possible to ensure you reserve the job and time you want. Coupon Book & Assessment Mailing Address Update

The Montclair Property Owners Association membership approved the FY2013 Budget Referendum at the Annual Meeting on Saturday, March 17, 2012 with no increase in assessments for the year.  The assessment remains $510.00 annually, $53.00 per month for 10 months.  If you currently use a personal online bill-paying service to pay your monthly assessments, please note that the remit address has changed for 2012 to a new post office box. This new address will also need to be updated with your service provider effective May 1, 2012.  The new remit address is:

Annual Meeting Results

The Annual Meeting was held on Saturday, March 17 at the Montclair Country Club.  In attendance was Virginia Senator Toddy Puller and Delegate Scott Lingamfelter.  A special thank you to Boy Scout troop 35 for providing the Color Guard for the opening of the meeting.  The budget was approved for FY 2013.  A new Board member, Linda Cheng-Khan, was elected as Precinct 2 Representative.  A special thank you to outgoing Board member Mark Roltsch.  The Four Precinct Representatives are: Bill McCombs (P1), Linda Cheng-Khan (P2), Ned Greene (P3) and Ray Boisvert (P4).
