On Monday, March 20, 2017, First Service Residential switched its online billing provider from PayLease to ClickPay. All owners wishing to continue to make payments online must activate their ClickPay accounts.
The Direct-Debit program has also switched over, however, owners who use direct-debit will not have to take action. Payments will continue to be withdrawn as normal unless directed otherwise by owners. Owners who wish to edit their account settings may do so by contacting ClickPay and referencing their unique owner account number.
All owners who wish to pay through check or money order are more than welcome to do so as well. Checks and money orders must be made payable to Montclair Property Owners Association and written in the amount of $550 for annual payments, and $57 for monthly installments. Please include the payment coupon or otherwise reference the account number to which the payment should be applied. Coupon booklets are mailed to owners during mid-April.
