End of Extended MPOA Office Hours
The last day to take advantage of the MPOA Office’s extended Wednesday hours, from 5 – 8 p.m., will be October 30, 2019. Beginning November 1, 2019, office hours will be Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m – 5 p.m. Extended Wednesday hours will resume on Wednesday, April 1, 2020.
Boat Registration and Annual Dock Permits
The MPOA Office will continue accepting Boat Registration and Annual Dock Permit forms for the October 2019 to September 2020 season. The forms are available at the MPOA Office or on our website at www.montclairva.com by clicking “For Residents” then “Documents & Forms.” Both forms must be submitted to the MPOA Office no later than October 31, 2019. Boats not registered by November 10 will be subject to a $15 late fee. There will be a $200 late fee assessed unless the owner provides proof by November 10, 2019 that general liability insurance coverage was in effect as of November 1st of that year.
Please note the following changes to the Boat Registration form:
Residents of Montclair must take all reasonable efforts to prevent introduction of invasive / nuisance aquatic species into Lake Montclair. This includes the following:
1) Draining all water from boats and ballast, bilges, live wells, and engine cooling water before leaving or entering another body of water.
2) Removal of visible debris, plants and animals from boat and trailer when leaving a body of water.
3) All boats must be treated with a thorough scrubbing between bodies of water.
4) All boats must be allowed to dry between bodies of water. Dry times vary based on weather and type of material.

Help us stock the PWC ACTS Food Pantry! Items requested: stuffing mix, cranberry sauce, canned soups, canned chicken, peanut butter, cereal, tuna, canned pumpkin, canned vegetables, gravy mix, corn muffin mix and spaghetti. Drop donations off at the MPOA Office during regular business hours: 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
