Guideline Changes Effective May 1, 2015

The following amendments to the Community Guidelines were made at the March 11, 2015 Board of Directors meeting. These amendments will go into effect May 1, 2015. If you have any questions, please contact the MPOA office at (703) 670-6187.

Article 5, Section 5.4.8 Docks, Piers and Wharves to allow temporary use of common area between the 189-foot contour shoreline and abutting rear property lines by homeowners contingent upon approval of a PIR by the LMC, Covenants Committee and Board of Directors.
