UPDATE - Trash & Yard debris collection
Please be advised that American Disposal has confirmed that yard debris and trash are being collected on the same day (Thursdays) from 12/24 – 2/28.
Starting 3/1, yard debris pick-up days will revert back to Wednesdays and Trash will remain on Thursdays. If you have any questions, please call American Disposal at (703) 368-0500. Police presence at West Beach – 2/2

Hazardous Tree Assessment - 1/12/22
Hazardous Tree Assessment Over the past week, Operations, Maintenance and Covenants have been on property assessing the trees that have been reported down on common property or pose potential hazards to private property. In coordination with VDOT and Ross Tree Service (arborist), many of these trees have been tagged for removal. Snow Plowing – Extended Delays
Our maintenance team had been onsite since 6:30 a.m. working to clear the snow but ran into several issues. In the course of plowing, dozens of trees throughout the neighborhood have come down including several on Waterway Drive blocking the road and several sections of the neighborhood. Please be advised that the MPOA Maintenance Team is on site and diligently trying to get the streets cleared in accordance with the responsibilities outlined in the 2021-2022 Snow Removal Policy. We have been advised that VDOT has not been in the community to plow the main streets due to downed trees in many areas.
