If you are requesting information regarding a covenants violation or PIR request, you may contact John Rhodes (Ext. 23) at covinspector3@montclairva.com or Lakesha Henderson (Ext. 20) at covadmin@montclairva.com, respectively. Please submit all other requests to info@montclairva.com and a staff member will reply as soon as possible.
The Maintenance team is on site and working to clear private roads and calculate the downed trees in the community. We are continuing to report downed trees to VDOT and encourage residents to report issues on VDOT maintained roads to them directly at (703) 383-8368 or https://my.vdot.virginia.gov. Similarly, if you reside on a street maintained by a sub association and there are downed trees blocking the road or sidewalk, please report those issues to your sub association’s community manager directly.
Please continue to monitor the VDOT website for more information and to report activity. The more reports submitted through their website, the more likely they will move Montclair up their priority list.
