Hazardous Tree Assessment

Over the past week, Operations, Maintenance and Covenants have been on property assessing the trees that have been reported down on common property or pose potential hazards to private property.

In coordination with VDOT and Ross Tree Service (arborist), many of these trees have been tagged for removal. If you see a tree that you suspect is on Common property that needs to be assessed for a potential hazard, please report it to operations@montclairva.com
