Guideline Changes Effective October 1

The following amendments to the Community Guidelines were made at the August 12, 2015 Board of Directors meeting. These amendments will go into effect October 1, 2015. If you have any questions, please contact the MPOA office at (703) 670-6187.

Article 2, Section 2.4.5 Member Participation to allow members to speak at meetings of the Board of Directors at least once for each agenda item;

Article 5, Section 5.4.40 Siding to allow replacement of aluminum siding with vinyl as a pre-approved alteration.
