New Guideline changes to go into effect

Please be aware that new guideline changes will go into effect starting Thursday, June 1, 2017. These revisions are complete rewrites of the sections 5.4.36 (Shoreline Stabilization) and 5.4.8 (Docks, Piers, Wharves, and Shoreline Improvements).
