OKTOBERFEST – Volunteer Sign-up Oktoberfest is right around the corner and we need volunteers! All residents must present a valid 2021 Recreation Photo ID to enter this event. Only 2 guests per ID.


OKTOBERFEST – 9-18 • 3:00pm to 10:00pm Dolphin Beach Must present Rec ID for entry to event, 2 guests allowed per ID. MUST be 21+ and have a valid government-issued ID in order to purchase alcoholic beverages; all IDs will be checked regardless of age. Bring cash or card to purchase activity tickets, drinks, snacks, and food from the food trucks. Food trucks will not accept tickets. Schedule of Events: 3:00p.m. to 6:00p.m. Kings Park German Band Carnival Games Face Painting Inflatable Slide Mickey’s Playground Stein Holding Competition Stein Relay Race 6:00p.m. – 7:00p.m. - **Happy Hour – Half price pours** 6:00p.m. – 9:00p.m. Back to Zero Band Ticket Pricing: All ticket sales are FINAL – No refunds Tickets = $0.50 each Beer, Wine, Hard Cider = 6 tickets **Happy Hour Special from 6:00p.m – 7:00p.m. = 3 tickets** Canned Soda = 2 tickets Snacks = 2 tickets Water or Juice = 1 ticket

Oktoberfest Parking, Road Closure & RESTRICTED ACCESS Notice Those who live past the intersection of Boxwood Dr. and Dolphin Dr. were sent a letter regarding the scheduled road blockage for the September 18th event (3 pm – 10 pm) at Dolphin Beach. Please be kind to your neighbor’s property when parking and be sure to follow all traffic laws. Residents that park beyond the blockage will be asked to move their cars (homeowners in the impacted area are an exception). The parking lot at Dolphin Beach will be closed from September 16th through September 20th in preparation for the biggest event this fall! Event structures, such as festival tents and portable restrooms, will be placed on-site and require delivery, assembly, disassembly, and pick-up. To ensure the safety of residents, only MPOA Staff, designated Event Volunteers, Vendors and Contractors will be permitted in the area during this time.
