Reminders & Updates:
March and April Assessment Payments
Residents who pay assessments on a monthly basis, please don’t forget that in a 12-month payment cycle, assessment payments are due on the 1st of every month (including March and April, 2022) and considered late after the 10th of the month.
Trash & Yard Debris Collection
Starting 3/1, yard debris pick-up days will revert back to Wednesdays and trash will remain on Thursdays. If you have any questions, please call American Disposal at (703) 368-0500.
*Voting Reminder*
Owners of Record may vote via the internet, mail, or in-person on March 19th, 2022 at the Annual Meeting (starting at 9:00AM at the MPOA Building). Ballots submitted online must be entered by 5:00pm ET on Thursday, March 17, 2022.
Reminder before Boat Auction (April 4th -15th)
Before the upcoming auction takes place, please claim your boat by March 29th and register it at the MPOA Front Office to receive your sticker (Price is $40).
Each boat stored at West Beach MUST have an orange Montclair registration sticker and a green West Beach 2022 sticker, or they will be placed in the auction.
