Guideline Changes Effective August 1

The following amendments to the Community Guidelines were made at the April 8, 2015 Board of Directors meeting. These amendments will go into effect June 1, 2015. If you have any questions, please contact the MPOA office at (703) 670-6187.

Article 4, Section 4.1.2 Recreation Photo IDs to provide further clarification on the use and obtaining of Recreation Photo IDs (RPIDs);

Article 4, Section 4.1.3 Guests to clarify guest policy for unrestricted and restricted RPIDs;

Article 4, Section 4.1.4 Temporary Photo IDs to remove the guideline in its entirety;

Article 4, Section 4.1.5 Replacement of Recreation Photo IDs to establish a usage expectancy for RPIDs and change replacement cost to $10;

Article 4, Section 4.2.2 Authorized Users to clarify authorized users of the Montclair beaches;

Article 4, Section 4.5.1 Authorized Users to allow children eight years of age and younger with valid restricted RPID to access Kids’ Dominion with a caregiver.
