MPOA Office Closure – 11/26 & 11/27
The MPOA office will be closed in observation of the Thanksgiving holiday. We will resume regular office hours on Monday, November 30th at 8:30am. Montclair Classics – Comedy Show – 12/4
Due to recent COVID-19 mandates, in person attendance has been limited to 25 individuals.
However, the show must go on! Since we have reached our in-person limit, you can now enjoy the Comedy Show from the comforts of your own home webinar.

Santa Claus will be making his pilgrimage from the North Pole to Montclair on Saturday, December 12th. He will begin his route around Montclair at 9:00am, starting at the MPOA office, and end around 1:00pm. (times are approximate) Please see Santa’s route in the

Lake Lowering Update
On Monday, November 2nd, the water level of Lake Montclair was lowered by approximately 3 feet to conduct scheduled maintenance, shoreline cleanup, and homeowners dock repairs. The lake lowering begin on November 2, 2020 and was completed by November 3, 2020.
The sluice gates has been closed and the water will naturally return to its regular level. Precipitation and the flow of Powell’s Creek will determine how long it takes for the water levels to return to normal.
