June 23 Special Meeting
The Montclair Board of Directors will be holding a special meeting on Thursday, June 23, 2016 at 7 p.m. The meeting will be held at the MPOA building located at 3561 Waterway Drive. The purpose of this meeting is to review and approve the Engineering report from Froehling & Robertson to select one of the proposed options for renovating the spillway in order to comply with VA State law. The Board will also be reviewing a proposed amendment to Community Guideline 4.1.3 that would permit lots with only one resident to obtain an additional Recreation ID Pass that would permit 4 additional guests.
