Guideline Changes Effective July 1
The following amendments to the Community Guidelines and Assessment Collection Policy were made at the May 11 Board of Directors meeting. These amendments will go into effect July1. If you have any questions, please contact the MPOA office at (703) 670-6187.
Article 4, Section 4.1.2 Recreation Photo IDs to clarify that renters must provide a current lease or utility bill to verify residency for Recreation Photo IDs and renewal stickers (drivers licenses will not be accepted) and to require that residents 18 years and older residing with the property owner/renter have the form completed and signed by the property owner, and provide the approved identification.
