MPOA Assessments – Due by May 10

Assessments pay for amenities such as landscaping, lake maintenance, community events, and other services. Assessments can be paid either in full at the beginning of the fiscal year, or in ten monthly installments. The fiscal year runs May through February, and the annual assessment is due May 1. Monthly assessments are due on the first day of each month, May through February. A processing fee of $2 per month is added to payments made monthly. Any assessment received after the tenth of the month by 5pm, will incur a $35 late fee. Dues for the 2019-2020 fiscal year are $570 or $59 a month for ten months. Payment is accepted only by check at the MPOA office (the lockbox outside of the office during non-business hours) or throughwww.ClickPay.com/FirstService. Note: those who wish to pay yearly assessments in full will notice only the monthly assessment fee has been charged to their account; all accounts that have paid in full for the year will be adjusted by our FirstService Residential accounting department after May 10th to reflect the full paid amount and a refund of the $2 service fee.
