Easter Egg Hunt, just around the corner!

Join us at Dolphin Beach for our annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 8, 2017! Be sure to arrive at 10:00 am on the dot to greet Peter Cottontail as he makes landfall by boat on Dolphin Beach. Montclair Earth Day on the horizon

Celebrate Mother Earth on April 22, 2017 for a day of fishing and fun! Start the morning off with an 8:00 a.m. continental breakfast at the MPOA office, or begin the day with our annual Fishing Tournament. Summer Hours About to Begin

Summer hours will begin this Wednesday, April 5, 2017 at the MPOA office from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. We will be here to assist with administrative tasks such as obtaining Recreation Photo IDs, submitting forms, registering boats and answering your questions. ClickPay Reminders

On Monday, March 20, 2017, First Service Residential switched its online billing provider from PayLease to ClickPay. All owners wishing to continue to make payments online must activate their ClickPay accounts. The Direct-Debit program has also switched over, however, owners who use direct-debit will not have to take action. Payments will continue to be withdrawn as normal unless directed otherwise by owners. Owners who wish to edit their account settings may do so by contacting ClickPay and referencing their unique owner account number. Online Billing and Direct Debit changes to take affect today!

Today, March 20, 2017, First Service Residential will switch its online billing provider from PayLease to ClickPay. All owners wishing to continue to make payments online must activate their ClickPay accounts on or after today’s date. Through this new platform, owners can manage and pay their assessments online through individual or automatic payments made by e-check (ACH) now for FREE or by credit card for a nominal fee of 2.95%. The Direct-Debit program will also be switched over to ClickPay beginning today. This change will not disrupt payments set up by owners through the original Direct-Debit program and no action will be required. Payments will continue to withdraw automatically. Owner

Annual Boat Auction 2017

The Annual Boat Auction will be held on April 3, 2017. All boats at West Beach that are not properly registered today March 20, 2017 by 5:00 pm, will be marked for auction. Boats with updated registration will display the orange, four-digit sticker in addition to the green, 2017 West Beach registration sticker. If you have not done so already, please fill out the 2017 boat registration form and turn it into the MPOA office with the registration fee of $25.00 and the late fee of $15.00 for a total of $40.00.
