The MPOA office will be closed this Thursday, November 22nd and Friday, November 23rd in observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday. The office will re-open Monday, November 26th at 8:30am.

Santa Claus is coming to town! Come out and enjoy the holiday spirit with your friends and neighbors on December 8th. Santa will be riding around in his big red fire truck with candy to give out to the children of Montclair. Afterwards, head on over to Southlake Recreation Center at 3:30 p.m. for holiday themed crafts and pictures with Mr. Claus himself. Help brighten a child’s holiday by dropping off a new, unwrapped toy to the office during business hours 8:30 am-5:00 pm Monday through Friday at the MPOA office. We will continue to collect donations until 12:00 p.m. December 10. We thank you for your donations in advance.

The draft budget for fiscal year 2020 will be presented to the Members on Wednesday, November 28 at 7:00 pm at the MPOA Building. Homeowners are encouraged to attend to review the draft budget and provide feedback.
